You can have up to 6 website pages with our standard package. For most small businesses, 4 or 5 pages should be adequate. Some examples of basic website pages would be the Home, About Us, Services and Contact Us pages. Other page options, for example, might be a pricing page or a testimonials page. If you would like to have more than 5 website pages, we can add as many pages as you like for a reasonable fee per page. If you would like to add a photo gallery page or a blog page, there would be an additional fee per page since those types of pages take more time to set up. After you’ve selected your website design choice, you can simply email us your basic company information, which would include your preferred written text for each page along with any photos (if desired), and we will customize your design choice for you by modifying the written content and by changing out the stock photos so that they specifically reflect your type of business.

We can provide generic website written content that can be modified with your business information. If you would prefer to provide all of your own written content, we can use that instead.

If you would like to learn how to edit your text after your website design has been completed, we can send you the editor login information and basic instructions on how to edit the text. Otherwise, if you do not want to learn how to edit the text and you need some text updates occasionally, we can do that for you at no charge.

Yes, you will be able to approve your website customization, and we will work with you to achieve your final product.

If you already have a registered website domain name, we can assist you with the process of directing it to our hosting server. If you do not have a domain name yet, we’ll purchase one for you at no charge for one year, and then we’ll automatically renew your domain name annually and bill you at our cost, which is currently $20 per year. Should you subsequently cancel your service with us, we will revert ownership of the domain name back to you after payment of any balance that may be due on your account.

After you choose a design, you can order your selection by using our shopping cart, or you can call us directly and give us your credit card information over the phone. Next, we will send you our service agreement form. You can provide us with your basic company information once you  have it ready. After we’ve received your information, we will begin the process of customizing your website design choice. It could be ready within approximately 2 weeks. However, the time frame will depend on how soon we have all of your business information which is needed in order to complete your website design customization.

We offer a website subscription service that provides our clients with personal use of one of our predesigned websites. This type of website service allows a person to easily have a professional business website presence on the Internet at a very affordable price. As part of our website subscription package, we will customize the text and photos on our client’s website design choice to fit their specific business. Our clients do not actually own the website they select. Websites With Ease websites are considered proprietary by the provider, Websites With Ease, and therefore cannot be copied and moved to a different hosting company. There is no long-term contract for our website service, however, if you decide to leave our service at any time, there is no penalty.
